How does the formula work?

First, you need to update your personal information ‘First name, last name, age, languages, etc..’ and you need to answer the basic questionnaires ’30 questions’ about yourself. Members with ‘SOULMATE’ or ‘TWINFLAME’ subscription must answer an additional set of 13 questions to get the best out of the formula. That’s it!!

We take the second step and run the formula 24/7 on behalf of you, so no more swiping and wasting time. We will make sure to find you the best matches based on your answers and not on how you look. Core values are our main goal to match you with like-minded people.

The third step is when you get the matches, and you decide whether to accept or decline the matches. If both of you accept the match, then the ‘Chat’ option will be available.

How can I update my profile information?

You can update your profile information by login to your profile page and then click on ‘Profile Settings’.

Can I update my questionnaires answers to get better matches?

Yes. You can always update your answers to get better matches based on your current situation. You can do so by heading to your profile page > Questionnaires page and there you can edit your answers and click on ‘save’ when you finish. The formula will be updated accordingly to match you with new like-minded members.

Should I use my real name in the ‘Nickname’ field or stay anonymous?

‘Nickname’ is the name that will be visible to all other members when you get a match. So, it is up to you if you want to reveal your name or not.

Can I reset my password?

Yes. You can click on “Security” under your profile page to reset your password.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. You can click on “Security” under your profile page and then click on “Delete my account”

How many photos can I upload?

You can upload up to 3 pictures in your profile. It is recommended to take good photos with good light in the background. We do not recommend you to not upload any pictures as this might lower your chances of getting a match.

Can I cancel my subscription, and how?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the subscription ends. However, when you cancel your subscription, you can still use your subscription until the original subscription date ends. You can cancel your subscription by going to your profile page > My Subscription and then click on ‘Cancel My Subscription.

Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade your current plan by clicking on “Membership” on your profile page and then click on “Upgrade plan”.

Is there an app that I can use instead of the website?

Not for now. Today we only have a website. However, app development will be the next step in our journey.

How many active matches I can have at the same time? And why is it limited?

Up to 3 active matches for ‘MATCH’ and ‘SOULMATE’ subscribers, and up to 6 active matches for ‘TWINFLAME’ subscribers.

We decided to limit the number of matches that you can chat with at the same time, so you can focus on the core purpose of this platform which is to find the valuable match based on your core values and not by the amount of people that you can chat with at the same time. You can always get new matches by declining the ones that you have already.

Are all subscriptions automatically renewed?

Yes. All our subscriptions are automatically renewed. So, if you wish to cancel your subscription you need to do so prior to subscription ends.

What are the differences between the subscription packages?

On the home page, under “Our Plans” section you can find all details about our packages and if you subscribe for a longer period then you will get an efficient amount of discount too. Check it out!

Can I try the platform for free?

Yes. All new members will have First month for free with ‘MATCH’ subscription. However, if you wish to upgrade immediately to ‘SOULMATE’ or ‘TWINFLAME’ on your first month, then you can do so and pay the associated payment for these packages. In this case your free month will no longer be valid.

What happens when I delete my profile from the platform? Will that cancel my subscription?

When you wish to leave the platform, then all your personal information will be deleted, and your subscription will be canceled.

Can I ask for a refund?

In general, a refund is not possible on our platform unless you are in the EU area. According to EU law, you can ask for a refund in the first 14 days after you purchase your subscription. You can do so by contacting us via our contact form: contact@lovelue.com

Is this website available only in Sweden?

Yes. Our website is available only in Sweden. More countries might be considered at a later stage.
